Football fans, mark your calendars! EA Sports just announced that College Football 26 launches on July 10 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Even better, players can grab an MVP Bundle with Madden 26 for early access and bonus perks.
What’s New in College Football 26?
First, EA dropped a hype trailer during the NFL Draft, teasing a player’s journey from high school to the pros. Fans hope this means the Road to Glory mode brings back high school gameplay—a feature missing in recent editions. While EA hasn’t confirmed it yet, the trailer sure hinted at it.
Next, the release dates are earlier than last year’s game. With the MVP Bundle, players get three-day early access, meaning you can start playing College Football 26 on July 7. Last year, early access began July 15, so this is a nice upgrade.
MVP Bundle Details: Is It Worth It?
For $149.99, the bundle includes:
Deluxe editions of College Football 26 and Madden 26
4,600 Madden Points (for Ultimate Team)
Elite items for both games’ Ultimate Teams
Bonus skill points for Dynasty and Road to Glory modes
This is the second game since EA revived the franchise in 2024 after an 11-year break. Last year’s College Football 25 broke records, becoming the best-selling sports game in U.S. history. If you loved that, this year’s edition—with possible high school action and earlier access—could be even bigger.
Preorders are live now, so grab the bundle if you want to hit the field first on July 7!
