Chapathi Sandwich Recipe the ingredients are below.
Ingredients :
4 gm chapatis
1/4 cup corn
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoon butter
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup capsicum (green pepper)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
4 pieces cheese cubes
Salt as required
Chapathi Sandwich Recipe Instructions :
- Take a pan and then heat the oil. Once the oil heats add onions, capsicum and corn. Mix them for a few minutes.
- Now add in the dry mango powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well.
- Add 3 – 4 tbsp water if the mixture gets too dry. Then lastly add in the cabbage, cook for few more minutes and then turn off the flame.
- Now add in the tomato ketchup and mayonnaise in the vegetable mixture and gently mix it.
- Now prepare the chapati sandwich by applying the mixture on the leftover chapatis. Use all the mixture and gently fill half the chapatis.
- Now add in some grated cheese on top of the filled mixture and fold the chapatis in half side.
- Heat some butter in the pan and then place your prepared chapati sandwiches on it.
- Now cook from the both sides until it gets little bit golden brown in colour.
- Cut into several pieces and now the chapati sandwiches are ready. Serve it hot.
