Nikhila Vimal, born in Taliparamba, Kerala, comes from a culturally rich family. Her father, M. R. Pavithran, retired from a government position, while her mother, Kalamandalam Vimaladevi, is a classical dancer. Additionally, her elder sister, Akhila, is pursuing research in Theater Arts at JNU, Delhi.
