Mirnaa Menon was born in Idukki, Kerala, to parents Santhosh Kumar and Shobana. She grew up with two sisters and studied at Sacred Heart High School in Ramakkalmedu. After school, she worked as a software developer in Dubai—but her heart was always in acting.

First Steps in Acting
Before movies, she tried TV. She joined a reality show and a series called Dhathuputhri under her real name. In 2015, she changed her name to Athira Santhosh for a Tamil film, Nedunalvaadai. But things went wrong—the director harassed her, and she left the project. Hurt but not broken, she changed her name again, this time to Adhiti Menon, and kept going.
Her First Movie Break
In 2016, she debuted in Pattathaari as Adhiti Menon. The movie flopped, but critics liked her. The Times of India called her “expressive and promising.” Next, she signed Santhana Devan with Arya, but the film never released.
In 2018, she acted in Kalavani Mappillai, a comedy. Reviews called her “pretty and decent”—a small but good start.
A New Name, New Roles
By 2020, she became Mirnaa—a fresh start. That year, she entered Malayalam cinema with Big Brother (starring Mohanlal). The movie failed, but she worked hard—nearly 100 days on set!
In 2022, she stepped into Telugu films. Critics praised her “realistic acting.” Then came Ugram (2023), proving she could shine in Telugu too.
